The spaceThe apartment is located on the second and highest floor of a small Mediterranean-type residential building and can be accessed only by stairs. Unfortunately, there is no lift in our building.
From the entrance door, you will step into an open-plan living space featuring a living room that flows into the dining area for six people and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment provides two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower.
THE BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms are set by default as one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds, but, at your request, we can arrange one double bed in each room or two single beds in each room. Please contact us well in advance of your arrival for this feature.
We also provide a baby crib at no extra cost if you are traveling with a baby.
Both bedrooms have a wardrobe where you can store your luggage and personal items.
In the first drawer of your bedside tables, you will find adaptors for the electricity.
THE LIVING ROOM:
The sofa bed in the living room unfolds as a 1.40m double bed that can host another person or a couple, which allows our flat to host up to 6 people.
Each room is equipped with a TV, and all TVs have Netflix provided by us, without you having to log in with your own Netflix account.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, microwave, blender, hand blender, XXL toaster, french press, kettle, pans and pots, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, barbeque utensils, kitchen scales, grater, and more.
We have fast internet in the apartment (200 MBit/s download, 40 Mbit/s upload).
We also have a hairdryer, iron and a small ironing board, a safety box, a vacuum, and a clothes drying rack.
We offer towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom. Brush, dustpan, mop, mop bucket, floor cleaner, dishwashing liquid and sponges, laundry detergent, spare garbage bags, toilet paper, table napkins, tea towels, and a kitchen paper roll.
OUTDOORS:
There is a small balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table where you can enjoy your morning coffee & cigarette, so please do not smoke inside the apartment as we have smoke detectors in every room...
The highlight of the apartment is the large roof terrace, equipped with a gas barbeque grill, a sitting area with a table, and a hammock where you can host a barbecue party, or a quiet evening with friends and enjoy sea views and fascinating sunsets over Ayia Napa.

Neighborhood overviewOur charming Two-Bedroom apartment is situated just one block away from Nissi Avenue - the street that hosts the most amazing restaurants of Ayia Napa - and also one block away (in the opposite direction) from Ayias Mavris Street - the famous bar street of Ayia Napa where you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the city!
The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to all amenities like tourist supermarkets (Ankoyio or Alfa Supermarket, Plus Discount Market), pharmacies (Petinos Med Pharmacy), car and quad/ATV rental shops, souvenir shops, and the most highly rated restaurants in Napa. In any case of a health emergency, The Saveco Health Center - general hospital- is a 5-minute walk away!
Also, within an 8-minute walking distance, you can find the best bakery in Cyprus, Zorbas Bakery, where you can grab the most delicious blends of hot or iced coffee and any kind of snacks, from making your own sandwiches to filled pastries, and yummy cookies and cakes! The best pizza in town at Pompei Pizza is just across the street!
The closest beach to our apartment, within a 5-minute walk, is Katsarka Beach - a small beach with a fairly rocky shoreline and a small number of sunbeds compared to other beaches in Ayia Napa. The beauty of this small beach is the walking bridge that surrounds it and allows you to enter the sea through stairs. The beach also provides a Lifeguard Hut and Wifi when you pay for sunbeds, usually 2.5 euros per sunbed/umbrella.
The second closest beach is Pernera, within a 14-minute walk. This is a more quiet and less crowded beach. There are no bars or restaurants on this beach. Good for snorkeling and diving, this beach is where the Musan Underwater Museum is located.
The two beaches are connected through Ayia Napa's promenade by the sea.
Just around the corner from Pernera Beach in Ayia Napa is Vathia Gonia Beach or Sandy Bay Beach, slightly bigger than the previous two mentioned above, located in a sheltered water bay, with all amenities. It has shallow waters and is popular for water sports, snorkeling, bars, and restaurants.
The famous Nissi Beach is a good 30-minute walk from our apartment! But you can use the 101-102 bus line from Osea Busses to get to it easily, with busses that run every 20 minutes. A bus ticket costs 1.5 euros per person per ride. You can also get a taxi to Nissi Beach.
We just want to mention that the best beaches of Ayia Napa, Nissi Beach, Makronissos Beach, and Landa Beach are on the outskirts of the city, not near the center.
Getting aroundIf you don't have a rented car for your holiday, getting around Ayia Napa and Protaras is very easy with busses.
There are Buses 101 and 102 reverse from the company Osea that connects the New Ayia Napa Marina (and the Waterpark ) all the way to the center of Paralimni, passing through all of Ayia Napa and the center of Protaras also!
These buses run every 20 minutes in the summer and go through the locations of almost all the attractions you might want to see!
You can get this bus to go basically anywhere in Ayia Napa. From the New Ayia Napa Marina, Landa Beach, Makronissos Beach, and Nissi Beach, to The Limanaki Harbour, The Sculpture Park, Cape Greco, Konnos Bay, Protaras, Pernera, Kapparis are just a few of the areas covered by this bus line.
We can give you an updated bus schedule for the period of your stay.
Also, you can get a Rent-to-Go scooter to get around Ayia Napa, or rent a bicycle, don't worry, the road is equipped with a bike lane throughout the whole city and sea promenade.
